Company

The operations layer the coffee trade never had.

Roasting software drew the curve; everything around it was left to spreadsheets.

Why we started.

Every roastery we spoke to was running the same arrangement: profiling software at the machine, a spreadsheet for green, another for production, an accounting package that knew nothing about coffee, and one person holding the connections between them in their head. It works, until that person leaves or a lot is queried eighteen months later.

What we hold ourselves to
Pallets of green coffee sacks stacked the length of a warehouse.

Three products, one record.

Pilot captures the roast at the drum, Cloud holds green, production, commercial, and finance against the same tenant, and Mobile covers the counts and checks that happen away from a desk. Different jobs, built as different things. One product stretched across three contexts serves none of them.

The information existed the whole time. It was simply never in one place.
